Profile

  • Someone who has experience cooking sushi
  • monitoring the quality of the sushi and other dishes
  • Team player in the kitchen
  • Creative and innovative in cooking
  • Control the food cost calculations and stock acquisition 
  • You’re working closely with our Executive Chef to manage the kitchen and creation of the menu.
