Profile
- Someone who has experience cooking sushi
- monitoring the quality of the sushi and other dishes
- Team player in the kitchen
- Creative and innovative in cooking
- Control the food cost calculations and stock acquisition
- You’re working closely with our Executive Chef to manage the kitchen and creation of the menu.
