Profile

  • Someone who wants to build a strong kitchen team
  • Experienced as a sous chef
  • Creative and innovative in cooking
  • Supervise big B2B events
  • Control the food cost calculations and stock acquisition
  • Culinary and creative implementation of our ‘theme-months’ in our menu, which are part of the Supperclub restaurant concept.
  • You’re working closely with our Bar Rouge Sous-Chef to manage the kitchen
