Job tasks

  • pro- and reactive sales
  • Proactively search for opportunities and possibilities in the event market
  • Site inspections with clients
  • Budgeting (basic)
  • Drafting quotations, contracts and work letters
  • First point of contact from A to Z (before, during and after the event)
  • Invoicing and after-sales
  • Reporting to management


You are

  • You are a go-getter and want to help build to the future
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry
  • Proactive. Own input is key
  • Own sales network in (large) Amsterdam
  • Flexible working hours; mainly office hours during the day, but this is also possible in the evenings or weekends
  • Command of the Dutch and English language in both word and writing
  • Driving license is a must
  • Experience with MICE reservation system is an advantage
