Profile
- Executive Chef for 3 locations
- Someone who wants to build a strong kitchen team
- Experienced as a chef
- Creative and innovative in cooking
- Supervise big B2B events
- Control the food cost calculations and stock acquisition
- Culinary and creative implementation of our ‘theme-months’ in our menu, which are part of the Supperclub restaurant concept.
- You’re working closely with our Bar Rouge Sous-Chef to manage the kitchen and creation of the menu.
