As Executive Chef, you’re in charge of the menu creation and kitchen identity for Supperclub, Bar Rouge and Supperclub Cruise. Our Executive Chef takes the lead in daily operations and manages high-quality standards.


  • Executive Chef for 3 locations
  • Someone who wants to build a strong kitchen team
  • Experienced as a chef
  • Creative and innovative in cooking
  • Supervise big B2B events
  • Control the food cost calculations and stock acquisition 
  • Culinary and creative implementation of our ‘theme-months’ in our menu, which are part of the Supperclub restaurant concept. 
  • You’re working closely with our Bar Rouge Sous-Chef to manage the kitchen and creation of the menu.
